All of our support engineers are Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers
(MCSE); some are also Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC).
- IT Engineer On Site Support: IT Engineer On Site Support Days are purchased in advance at the start of the IT Support Contract in order to take advantage of pre pay discounts.
